Kenco uses X-Plane Map Enhancement to provide LIVE downloading ortho images everywhere in the world.

I am actively using ‘Mapbox (Pro)’ which in my opinion provides the best quality ground textures with very limited errors or cloud textures. This is a payware map, however second best to this for freeware would be ‘Bing latest version’; which also provides very good coverage.

Please make sure to download the areas you wish to fly in; in order for this plugin to work. De-select ‘Overlays’ if you are using simHeaven.

An alternative to this would be ‘AutoOrtho’, but I have not tried this yet.
I followed the video below on how to install this, including simHeaven Overlays for X-World Europe & North America.
